Eco Club Organized a Tree Plantation Campaign 2026

On 5th August 2026, the Eco Club of Surya Sainik School organized a Tree Plantation Campaign to inspire students to take responsibility for protecting the environment and promoting sustainable living. The initiative brought together students of Classes VI to IX, who actively participated in planting saplings across the school campus with great enthusiasm and dedication.

Equipped with spades, watering cans, buckets, and self-made slogan placards, the students worked together to plant a variety of saplings while spreading awareness about the importance of conserving nature. Their creative messages encouraged everyone to adopt eco-friendly practices, reduce pollution, and contribute towards building a greener future.

The campaign was more than just a plantation drive—it was an opportunity for students to understand the value of environmental stewardship through hands-on learning. Teachers guided the participants on the importance of nurturing trees and maintaining green spaces, emphasizing that every planted sapling represents a step towards a healthier planet.

At the conclusion of the programme, students took a collective pledge to care for the newly planted trees and continue making environmentally responsible choices in their daily lives.
