Surya Sainik School Holds Investiture Ceremony 2026–27

Lucknow, 10 August 2026:

Surya Sainik School organised its Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2026–27 with great dignity, discipline, and enthusiasm. The ceremony marked the formal induction of the newly appointed Student Council and celebrated the spirit of leadership, responsibility, and service.

The ceremony was graced by Col. Deepak Kumar Dayal, SM, as the Chief Guest, and Ms. Swati Singh, Vice Principal, Delhi Public School, Shaheedpath, as the Guest of Honour. Ms. Swati Pal, CEO; HeadMaster Mr. Amit Kumar Pal, Director of Cadet Excellence Sqn Ldr Rakhi Agarwal and Mr. S.V. Singh, School Coordinator were also present.

The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and Ganesh Vandana, followed by the presentation of badges and appointment of the newly elected student leaders. The Student Council took the solemn oath to uphold the values of discipline, integrity, courage, responsibility, and selfless service.

School Captain (Boy) Cadet Asad Ahmed and School Captain (Girl) Cadet Divyanshi Maurya shared their vision and pledged to lead their fellow cadets by example.

The ceremony concluded with the Vote of Thanks and National Anthem. The event served as a powerful reminder that leadership is not merely a position, but a responsibility to serve, inspire, and uphold the highest standards of character and discipline.
