  • Birth Certificate (issued by Municipal Corporation / Gram Panchayat)

  • Aadhaar Card of the student (if available)

  • Passport-size photographs of the student (usually 4–6)

2. Parent/Guardian Documents

  • Aadhaar Card of parents

  • PAN Card of at least one parent (sometimes optional)

  • Address Proof (any one):

    • Aadhaar

    • Voter ID

    • Passport

    • Electricity / Water Bill

    • Rent Agreement (registered)

    • Ration Card

3. Academic Documents (if applicable)

  • Previous School Report Card / Progress Report

  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous school

  • Migration Certificate

    • Required if moving from another board (e.g., State Board → CBSE)

  • Character Certificate (sometimes required for higher classes)

4. Category & Special Documents (if applicable)

  • Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC)

  • EWS / BPL Certificate (for quota admissions)

  • Disability Certificate (UDID) if student has special needs

  • Child’s Medical Fitness/Health Certificate from a recognized doctor

  • Vaccination/Immunization Record (for pre-primary & primary classes)
